Amex Money 20-20

This project focused on designing a branded environment for American Express at the fintech conference Money20/20. As the Lead Graphic Designer, I developed mood boards to define the overall look and feel, translated the approved direction into a cohesive graphic language, and designed wall graphics for both the interior and exterior built surfaces within the footprint. The space was designed to embody a sophisticated, corporate tone while clearly championing the AMEX brand. Taking inspiration from the iconic AMEX Blue Box logo, I developed this visual id that consisted of multiple blue rectangles forming a fading pattern. Additionally, a wooden slat texture and enlarged AMEX logos were used as design elements to enhance brand value. Lastly, we chose warm toned furniture to offset the blue and in the wall graphics and warmth to the space.
